The Optimist Club of Frederick honored their Youth Appreciation Week scholarship winners during their March meeting.

The Optimist Club of Frederick has been serving and helping youth fulfill their dream of attending college. This year, our club will celebrate our 75thAnniversary of helping thousands of students in Frederick County with the numerous programs that we conduct throughout the year. Our motto is “Friend of Youth” and our goal is to make a difference in the life of a child.
